Today we're presenting another application a customer has implemented using our powerful neodymium magnets: bottle caps on the refrigerator – always unique!

Bottle caps on the fridge - always unique!

Our eldest daughter (11 years old), and actually the whole family by now, collects bottle caps from all sorts of drinks from all sorts of countries. We probably now own around 500 different bottle caps from maybe 10 countries.
Since the question always arose as to how to display this collection decoratively, we finally ended up on our almost 2-meter-high (and magnetic) refrigerator. I was looking for
a way to attach the caps without damaging the refrigerator and also to be able to change the order/arrangement at any time. Naturally, that's when we came up with the idea of ​​using magnets, and we found what we were looking for at your store.

I initially ordered 210 disc magnet Ø 5.0 x 5.0 mm N45 nickel - holds 1.1 kg, which now hold the collected bottle caps, starting with the top of the refrigerator door and now also on the side. The first 210 magnets were quickly used up, so we needed a second batch. Now all the magnets are gone, and the bottle caps are just gathering in boxes, but they'll continue to enhance the overall look of the refrigerator.
I chose these small disc magnets because there shouldn't be any gap between them and the wall. Actually, the magnets are a bit too short, but the force is sufficient to hold the bottle caps closed.
