A keder rail for awning attachment for the 2 meter long keder rail. The goal was to easily attach the awning to the roof of a van without drilling or gluing.
Keder rail for attaching awning
The following magnets were used:
- 5 x Neodymium flat bar 80 x 13 x 5 mm with hole and countersink - 24 kg
- Tesa window rubber seal
He drilled holes in the keder rail to screw the neodymium flat bar into. The rubber seal was attached to the opposite side of the piping rail. This protects the van's paint from any damage.
