The collecting bottle opener
Our current customer application isn't entirely new—bottle openers with built-in magnets have been available for purchase for some time.
Nevertheless, we feel the submission is worth publishing because some of the materials our customer uses are quite unusual.
The bottle openers are made not only of wood, but also of concrete and 3D prints.
Bottle opener
To catch the falling bottle caps, a strong neodymium magnet is used instead of a weak ferrite magnet. Depending on the size of the bottle opener, either a block magnet 40.0 x 20.0 x 10.0 mm N42 nickel - holds 25 kg or a disc magnet Ø 30.0 x 15.0 mm N42 nickel - holds 27 kg is used.
