"Tidy" the magnetic helper
Annoyed by the decorations on the windowsill in my bathroom, I had the idea of attaching them directly to the window sash.
Inspired by the idea of the hook on the door where I hang my towels, something like that should also work on the window. However, decorations, unlike my towels, are always changing. Sometimes big, sometimes small, sometimes less, sometimes more... So it had to be something flexible.
Design your own decorations
Screws only hold well if you tighten them firmly. With your neodymium magnets, I can easily adjust the position of my platforms by simply sliding them, allowing me to adapt "Tidy" to the decorations time and time again.

The construction consists of a 0.75 mm thick sheet of metal from the hardware store. I bent it at the top so that it can be hooked onto the window sash. The platforms are made from leftover pieces of sheet metal, which I bent to create enough space for the lever arm between the magnets. Small non-slip mats are placed on the platforms to prevent items from falling off when tipping.

For the small platforms, I used two cube magnet 10.0 x 10.0 x 10.0 mm N42 nickel - holds 7 kg. These hold so firmly that small plants can be placed on them, provided they are positioned between the two sheets. However, this also makes it more difficult to remove the platforms from the base plate, for example, for cleaning.

For the larger plant, I used two cube magnet 15.0 x 15.0 x 15.0 mm N44 nickel - holds 17 kg. Thanks to the significantly greater force, I can now arrange the magnets visibly, which also makes removing them from the main platform much easier.
Inexpensive to buy - priceless in use
The material cost is €12.87. I paid €2.40 for the 0.75 mm sheet metal at the hardware store. The 15 mm edge magnet is available from €3.45 and the 10 mm edge magnet from €1.17.
There are virtually no limits to your creativity here. Those with more money to spend can also make a stainless steel (ferritic) version. For more light, a perforated metal sheet or expanded metal would definitely be great.
Narrower sheets, but several side by side, and many other variations are possible...

I hope you like "Tidy" as much as I do :)
