Magnetic attachment for light hose

In today's magnet application, we present the magnetic attachment of a light tube.

Our customer owned a light tube that he wanted to attach to the awning's frame. To avoid having to drill holes in the rods, he opted for magnetic mounting.

Magnetic attachment for light hose

I used: Magnet system Ø 43 mm rubberized, internal thread M4 - holds 10 kg.
With this magnet system, the adhesive side is closed. The thread is not continuous.
Plastic washers and screwable clips were included as accessories in the tube packaging.

Our customer assembled these accessories as follows:

• Place the white plastic washers on the magnets
• Screw both parts together using the clips
• After screwing the individual parts together, thread the light tube through the brackets
• Attach the finished product to the rods - magnetic!

The magnets are barely visible. The awning can be used as usual.
