Magnetic bike lock holder

For his bike rides through the woods, the customer wanted to remove the bike lock mount. To make this possible, he built a magnetic bike lock mount.

His plan was quickly implemented. With 2 ring magnet Ø 20.0 x 6.4 x 5.0 mm N35H nickel with counterbore north for the frame and 2 ring magnet Ø 20.0 x 6.4 x 5.0 mm N35H nickel with counterbore south for the holder.

To be able to ride without any interference, a mount was needed that could be quickly and easily installed. can be attached and removed again.
It also gets dirty very quickly in the woods.
I also used the rubber cap for Ø 20 mm to protect surfaces on the frame. If you want, you can of course also attach it to the lock holder.

These mounts can be attached to any bike with a bottle cage. The bike model shown is a HAIBIKE Modular Rail System (MRS) with the appropriate lock nut.
