Knife block instructions

Materials:
The following materials and tools are required:
- For this project, Disc magnet Ø 20.0 x 10.0 mm N40 nickel - holds 12 kg - 2 pieces per knife
- Wooden board
- Oil and brush
- Stand base including screws
- Epoxy two-component adhesive 24 ml transparent twin syringe
- Folding ruler and pencil
- Drill / router
- Saw
- Grinder / plane
Knife block - instructions
Part 1:
- Saw the wooden board to the desired size.
- Plane out any unevenness and then sand it to smooth it out.
- Using a pencil and a Ruler, the required drill holes for the magnets and base.
- Determine the required depth.
- Cut the holes with the drill and milling cutter.
Knife Block - Instructions
Part 2:
- Using the epoxy 2-component adhesive, glue the magnets into the holes provided.
- Screw the base into the desired location.
- For the finish, apply care oil and let it dry.
