Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to briefly document what we have accomplished in our facility using the magnets we purchased from you.
We have created an information board in our after-school care center to make it easier for parents and other authorized persons picking up a child to find them in the building.
Since we have an "open house" in the afternoons and the children are in different rooms, they place their magnet (which we have labeled with their name) next to the room they will be going to (e.g., the gym). Each class has a different color to make it easier to find your way around the board. When a child is picked up, they put their magnet back in the space labeled with their class (1a, 2b, etc.). Children and parents can also use pictures to identify which teacher is in which room. Our information magnetic board has been very well received by parents, children, and educators and contributes to improving the structure of the facility.
