I'm sending you a brief description of my magnet application.
I always had the problem that the balconies on our house, due to their size, collected a relatively large amount of rainwater, which then dripped from all the cracks and holes onto the balcony below. This was detrimental to the building structure and the tenants.

So, how do you properly waterproof a balcony after the fact? The answer is simple: with pond liner, drainage connections, and, of course, magnets. These are needed to hold the pond liner securely in place at all edges, so that the magnets give the liner the shape of a basin. Otherwise, drilling and screwing would have been the only option, but thanks to its powerful magnets, the pond liner is now holding up perfectly well :-)!
