Magnetic tile mirror in the kitchen
Magnetic tile backsplash in the kitchen. A truly invisible magnetic force!
Magnetic tile mirror in the kitchen
Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently replaced the tile backsplash in my kitchen. While I was at it, I attached magnets to the back of some of the tiles: Disc magnet Ø 20.0 x 3.0 mm N45 nickel - holds 4.1 kg. With a thickness of 3 mm, the magnets were easily embedded in the tile adhesive.
The tiles can now be used, at least in certain spots, as a bulletin board. Larger objects, such as the short-term timer shown, have a thin dDisc magnet Ø 20.0 x 1.5 mm N45 nickel - holds 2 kg glued to the back.
It is important to note that magnets tend to rotate in a certain direction: to prevent this, the magnets must be glued on in the correct orientation.
Guests in the kitchen are regularly amazed by the "magnetic tiles."
