Poster hanger with magnetic strips

Hanging posters straight and invisibly is possible by using our magnetic tapes; Poster hanger with magnetic strip.

Poster hanger with magnetic strips

Material:

• 2 Magnetic tape self-adhesive on one side - 12.7 x 1.5 mm type A premium adhesive
• 2 Magnetic tape self-adhesive on one side - 12.7 x 1.5 mm type B premium adhesive
• 2 wooden strips 10 x 20 mm
• 1 eyelet
• All-purpose adhesive
• Tesa tape

Steps:

• Shorten the wooden strips and sand them if necessary.
• Shorten 2 magnetic strips (Type A) and glue them to the wooden strips using all-purpose adhesive (Remove protective film first).
  I don't think the adhesive already attached to the magnetic strip is sufficient for permanent bonding to wood. Hence the all-purpose glue.
• Shorten two magnetic strips (Type B) and cover the ends with adhesive tape to prevent the protective film from coming off.
• Screw the eyelet into the upper wooden strip.
• Align the poster to the wooden strips and attach it with the loose magnetic strips (Type B).

The poster was rolled up and made of relatively strong paper. This lifts the bottom of the poster off the wall.
