Ordering process

How to order at magnet-shop.com

1. by telephone: Simply call us on +49 (0) 93 52 / 60 43 86 - 0 and place your order (not possible for new customers).
2. via our online shop:

Select items:
Once you have found an item in our magnet shop that you would like to purchase, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Buy now’ button.
You will now be taken to your shopping cart, where you can see the items you have selected.
If you would like to continue shopping, simply select another category on the left-hand side.

Shopping cart 
To access your shopping cart, use the ‘Shopping cart’ link at the top right.
You will now be taken to your shopping cart, where you can see the items you have selected.

Complete your purchase:
To complete your purchase, click on ‘Checkout’ in your shopping cart.
A selection will appear:

New customer:
If you are a new customer, please click on ‘Continue’ under ‘I am a new customer’. Then enter your personal details and click on ‘Continue’. 
You will then be automatically redirected to your shopping basket and can continue shopping by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button.

Existing customer:
Simply log in here with your email address and password. You will then be automatically redirected to your shopping basket and can continue shopping by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button.

Shipping options:
Here you can specify the shipping address and select the shipping method. If you choose to collect your order yourself, please contact us by telephone to arrange a collection date. Click on ‘Continue’ to proceed to the payment options.

Payment method:
You can now change the billing address and select a payment method.
You can choose from the following options:

For deliveries within Germany:     
1. Prepayment by
•    Bank transfer
•    Credit card
•    PayPal
•    Invoice (for companies, museums, authorities, universities and regular customers)
•    Sofortüberweisung  (instant bank transfer)

2.  Delivery on account
3.  Cash payment on collection

For deliveries abroad:
1. Prepayment by
•    Bank transfer
•    Credit card
•    PayPal
•    Sofortüberweisung  (instant bank transfer)
2.  Cash payment on collection

Please follow the link on the PayPal confirmation page back to our shop, otherwise your order will not be accepted.
If you would like to make a comment about your order, you can do so when selecting your payment method.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully and then confirm. It is also necessary to accept the information about our magnets. You can then confirm your order by clicking on ‘Continue’.

Order confirmation:
All your entries are listed here again. Please check them carefully to ensure that everything is correct. 
If something is incorrect, you can make changes by clicking on ‘Edit’.
If everything is correct, click on ‘BUY’.

Once you have confirmed your order, a confirmation page will appear.  
Only then will your order be created in our system!
There you will have the option to print out your order.  
If you have any questions, please always quote the order number. You will find this on the printout.

After placing your order:
You will receive an email from us with your order details. If you have paid by prepayment, you will also find our account details in the email.
