Neodymium flat strip 25 x 13 x 5 mm with bore and countersink - 7.5 kg
With a length of only 25 mm and a height of 5 mm, this compact magnetic system offers a holding force of approximately 7.5 kg.
The nickel-plated U-profile protects the powerful NdFeB magnet from damage and concentrates the holding force on one side.
This means that this flat strip magnet is only magnetic on the open side with the countersunk holes!
The reverse side of the magnet is therefore non-magnetic and has no holding force.
The neodymium flat strip rests on the metallic base only with its two U-shaped legs, thus preventing damage to the glued-in magnet.
The pre-drilled countersunk hole allows you to securely mount this holding magnet using an M3 countersunk screw.
Thanks to its elongated shape, this magnet can also be easily countersunk into grooves.
The safer and more robust fastening option for industry, workshops, mechanical engineering, trade fair construction and hobby cellars.

Safety Notice
NdFeB magnets are hard and brittle. Especially with thinner dimensions / higher adhesive forces, these can easily break or splinter! An uncontrolled impact of two magnets as well as an external, mechanical shock or pressure load should therefore be avoided!
Determination of the magnetic force
The adhesive force of our magnets is determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm by the vertical withdrawal of the magnet (1kg ~ 10 N). A different value down to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. Please note that for thinner, painted and not absolute plan undergrounds the adhesive force represents only one raction of the specified values.
