Our permanent lifting magnets - your reliable goods train for the workshop or at home
Are you looking for a reliable lifting device for steel blocks or beams, pipes, signs, etc.? Then take a look at our permanent lifting magnets. These are not only suitable for transporting objects - you can also use them as holders, for example for street signs. They are also ideally suited for collecting and separating ferrous materials.
Our lifting magnets can be used as useful tools in a wide variety of areas. They are generally suitable for smaller and larger loads of up to 2,000 kg (for flat materials) and can withstand high temperatures.
What function do our permanent lifting magnets fulfill?
Load magnets are compactly designed devices with plastic or iron housings that are used as load lifters and holding systems in both small workshops and large production halls.
You can simply pick up the light magnets in your hand to fix steel or iron parts on magnetic surfaces or to collect small parts such as screws and nails from the floor.
With the larger permanent lifting magnets such as the heavy-duty lifting magnet, it is advisable to attach them directly to a means of transport. This could be an electric winch, a crane or some other type of lifting device. In the case of the VariaBox magnets and the lifting magnet for flat and round material, the eyelet ensures that they can be attached to hooks or similar items in a particularly uncomplicated manner.
The practical helpers consist of a multi-pole magnet system. The smooth undersides of the magnets lift loads of up to 2,000 kg and hold them solely through the magnetic circuit and the magnetic tension.
Advantages of our switchable permanent magnets at a glance
- Withstand up to 2,000 kg safely and reliably on flat surfaces
- Replace fastening devices on cranes or similar
- Can be attached simply and easily
- Suitable for manual operation
What do I have to consider when using permanent lifting magnets?
In particular, if you want to use the magnets to lift heavier loads, you should ensure beforehand that the permanent lifting magnets are properly attached.
In the case of thinner, lacquered or not absolutely flat adhesive surfaces, the adhesive force can be greatly reduced and may only be a fraction of the values determined in the test.
What types of holding magnets do we carry?
With our magnets you can choose between those that are suitable for medium loads from 18 kg to 45 kg and those that can easily lift heavy loads between 100 and 2000 kg.
Our carrying magnets with handy handles are particularly recommended for easy use. These can be transported without any problems and do not require a special holding device but can simply be picked up. For example, you can pick up and attach metal plates with one hand, while the other hand is free to use tools such as drills or screwdrivers.
If, on the other hand, a greater load-bearing capacity is required, our lifting magnet is ideal for flat and round material. The compact magnetic lifter is able to lift round material up to 1,000 kg and flat material up to a working load of 2,000 kg. The material length may not exceed 378 mm.
This special permanent lifting magnet is therefore optimally tailored for use in industrial production. It can also be switched on and off using the shift lever - so you can reverse the polarity. This is because the device consists of a fixed and a moving part. The switching lever turns the moving part back and forth so that - depending on the position of the lever - the same or differently charged poles lie on top of each other. These then either repel or attract each other.
