These switchable high-performance magnetic boxes can be used universally.
The so-called "shuttering magnets" are mainly used in precast concrete plants to fasten shuttering when concreting.

The shuttering magnet consists of a steel housing in order not to damage the inner magnet system with neodymium magnets. With the central push button you push the magnet towards the metallic surface.
You can then use a release lever to remove the magnet from the floor (primer). The built-in steel springs hold the magnet on the top of the metal housing so that the magnet does not stick by itself. The bottom of the magnet box is closed, thus preventing the internal mechanism from becoming dirty.

We carry these HM-13 shuttering magnets in 6 different models:

Safety Notice

NdFeB magnets are hard and brittle. Especially with thinner dimensions / higher adhesive forces, these can easily break or splinter! An uncontrolled impact of two magnets as well as an external, mechanical shock or pressure load should therefore be avoided!

Determination of the magnetic force

The adhesive force of our magnets is determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm by the vertical withdrawal of the magnet (1kg ~ 10 N). A different value down to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. Please note that for thinner, painted and not absolute plan undergrounds the adhesive force represents only one raction of the specified values.
