SCOPE OF APPLICATION
SUITABLE FOR:
Max Repair Extreme is a strong repair adhesive for repairing porous and non-porous materials such as wood, textiles, leather, cork, metal, glass, plastic, rubber, ceramic tiles, stone, cement and many other materials. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Max Repair Extreme is based on Griffon polymer technology. Products based on this technology guarantee a universal, strong, flexible, durable, safe and user-friendly solution for everyday use.
NOT SUITABLE FOR:
Not suitable for polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and P.T.F.E.
PREPARATION FOR APPLICATION:
Processing conditions
The materials to be bonded must be dry, clean, and free of dust and grease.
Surface preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
Preparation of the product
Can be applied directly from the tube with the fine dosing tip.
PROCESSING:
Make sure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Apply adhesive to one side and press the parts against each other and fix them if necessary. Corrections can be made during the next 5 minutes. The maximum final strength is reached after approx. 24 hours.
PROPERTIES:
Loosen the stuck-on protective cap under hot tap water and remove any dried adhesive residue in the protective cap of the tube with a sharp knife. After use, let a little glue run out of the tube before screwing on the protective cap.
Stains / residues:
Immediately remove traces of adhesive with acetone.
Storage conditions:
Store in well-sealed packaging in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
