Magnet system 110 x 45 mm rubberized with M6 threaded bushing holds 53 kg

Product information "Magnet system 110 x 45 mm rubberized with M6 threaded bushing holds 53 kg"

This rectangular magnet system with an M6 threaded socket is ideal for use on sensitive surfaces. The rubber jacket made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) protects the surface, prevents scratches and increases slip resistance when used horizontally.

It is also possible to place it quietly on metal.
The magnet systems can also be used outdoors.
However, if used outdoors for long periods of time, rust can form.

Inside there are strong neodymium magnets which, due to their arrangement and in conjunction with the metal element inside, create a large and strong magnetic field. At the same time, the internal metal element shields the magnetic field on the back and also ensures that, unlike pot systems, the magnetic field works deeper and can bridge larger gaps.

Safety Notice

NdFeB magnets are hard and brittle. Especially with thinner dimensions / higher adhesive forces, these can easily break or splinter! An uncontrolled impact of two magnets as well as an external, mechanical shock or pressure load should therefore be avoided!

Determination of the magnetic force

The adhesive force of our magnets is determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm by the vertical withdrawal of the magnet (1kg ~ 10 N). A different value down to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. Please note that for thinner, painted and not absolute plan undergrounds the adhesive force represents only one raction of the specified values.
