Heat loss from central heating is a well-known flaw in living spaces, especially when it comes to radiators that are attached to external walls, such as under a window.
It is scientifically proven that a surface with low emissivity reflects heat and prevents it from radiating into a cold place, as is the case with exterior walls for example.
The wall temperature measured behind a radiator in a test carried out at Sheffield University was 45 ° C.
After attaching warm room panels to the back of a radiator, the wall temperature dropped to 25 ° C.
The panel's magnetism is permanent; it only needs to be removed occasionally to wipe the film for maximum efficiency and to keep the shiny side clean.
Instructions for use:
Let the Warmroom Magnetic Panels slide vertically along the back of the radiator, with the magnetic side facing the radiator and the reflective (shiny) side facing the wall. Press down on the Warmroom panels with your fingers, making sure that each panel is edge-to-edge.
You can also easily cut strips of Warmroom with scissors and attach them so that the entire radiator is covered. 30 minutes after attaching the warm room panels, feel the temperature behind the radiator by hand to see how cool it is.
Note:
Radiators with very thin fins with a wide spacing are not suitable for this product as they do not offer sufficient surface for the magnetic panels.
