For many years the magnetic foils and tapes could only be made from ferrite material. Due to the increasing demand for even stronger foils, the neodymium magnetic foil was developed.Neodymium-iron-boron is mostly used for the production of so-called super magnets. An enormous adhesive force can be achieved here in the smallest of spaces.
Our neodymium magnetic foils achieve a much higher adhesive force than normal magnetic foils. These foils can now be used in areas where the adhesive force achieved by the ferrite foils was not sufficient before.
These power neodymium tapes have an adhesive force of 415 g/cm²
For comparison: adhesive force of a normal magnet made of ferrite: 102 g/cm²
