Stabgreifer mit eingebautem Sandwich-Magnetsystem aus Samarium-Kobalt (SmCo), Messingehäuse und Passungstoleranz h6.
Lieferbar ist dieser Stabgreifer in 8 verschiedenen Abmessungen, von Durchmesser 6 bis 32 mm. Durch Einpressen, Einkleben oder Einschrumpfen kann dieser Magnet befestigt werden.

Der Stabgreifer kann um die Länge von 4,5 mm rückseitig gekürzt werden, ohne das sich die Haftkraft verringert.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es beim direkten Einbau des Stabgreifers in Eisen zu einer Haftkraftverringerung von bis zu 15% durch magnetische Kurzschlüsse kommt. Um dies zu vermeiden, muss ein Abstand von 6,0 mm vom Messingmantel des Stabgreifers zum Eisen eingehalten werden. Der Abstand zum Eisen ist auch einzuhalten, wenn der Stabgreifer um die Länge von 4,5 mm gekürzt wurde.

Information about the determination of the magnetic force

The adhesive force of our magnets is determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm by the vertical withdrawal of the magnet (1kg ~ 10 N). A different value down to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. Please note that for thinner, painted and not absolute plan undergrounds the adhesive force represents only one raction of the specified values.
