Ringmagnet countersink Ø 25.0 x 4.5 x 4.4 mm plastic coating - black

Product information "Ringmagnet countersink Ø 25.0 x 4.5 x 4.4 mm plastic coating - black"

The strong neodymium magnets are coated with plastic and are therefore also perfect for outdoor use. The polypropylene jacket protects the magnet from oxidation on the one hand, but also protects the surfaces to which the magnet is attached from scratches on the other. As a result, the magnets offer a wide range of possible uses, whether in the workshop, office, kitchen or even when camping, these useful helpers are needed everywhere.
The magnets with hole and countersink are also ideally suited to screwing them in the desired positions.

The north pole of this magnet is on the depression side.
Note: You cannot use two of these magnets in pairs, i.e. the magnets do not stick to one another with the countersunk side, but repel each other.

  • Stainless, thanks to the plastic jacket
  • Can be used in wet environments as it is waterproof
  • Protects sensitive surfaces
  • Higher adhesive force in the shear direction than normal neodymium magnets
  • Enormous adhesive force through the use of neodymium super magnets

Determination of the magnetic force

The adhesive force of our magnets is determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm by the vertical withdrawal of the magnet (1kg ~ 10 N). A different value down to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. Please note that for thinner, painted and not absolute plan undergrounds the adhesive force represents only one raction of the specified values.
