Disc magnet Ø 20.0 x 2.0 mm N35 nickel - self-adhesive-FT
In contrast to our normal self-adhesive magnets, this one sticks particularly well to the surface.
The protective film on the adhesive side can be easily peeled off through a small tab.
Self-adhesive magnetic plates as high-quality closures for folders, files, cases and packaging.
When using as a closure you must always use a pair (2 pieces).
If you let the magnets stick to metal, the polarity is irrelevant.
If you order 10 pieces, you will receive 5 pairs of magnets.
These magnetic plates are delivered in pairs on a carrier tape.
So that you always get a magnet with a south pole and a magnet with a north pole on the self-adhesive side.
Adhesive film: 3M4920 (upholstery foam)
Thickness of the adhesive layer: 0.4 mm

Safety Notice
NdFeB magnets are hard and brittle. Especially with thinner dimensions / higher adhesive forces, these can easily break or splinter! An uncontrolled impact of two magnets as well as an external, mechanical shock or pressure load should therefore be avoided!
Determination of the magnetic force
The adhesive force of our magnets is determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm by the vertical withdrawal of the magnet (1kg ~ 10 N). A different value down to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. Please note that for thinner, painted and not absolute plan undergrounds the adhesive force represents only one raction of the specified values.
