With a length of only 80 mm and a height of 5 mm, you get a small magnet system with an adhesive force of approx. 24 kg.
The nickel-plated U-profile protects the strong NdFeB magnet from damage and increases / bundles the adhesive force on one side.
This means that this flat bar magnet is only magnetic on the open side with the countersunk holes!
On the back, the magnet is therefore non-magnetic and has no adhesive force.
The neodymium flat strip only rests with the two U-legs on the metallic adhesive base and thus prevents damage to the glued-in magnet.
With the existing hole with countersink, you can securely attach this holding magnet with an M3 countersunk screw.
Due to the elongated shape, these magnets can also be easily sunk into grooves.
The safer and robust fastening option for industry, workshops, mechanical engineering, trade fair construction and hobby rooms.

Safety Notice
NdFeB magnets are hard and brittle. Especially with thinner dimensions / higher adhesive forces, these can easily break or splinter! An uncontrolled impact of two magnets as well as an external, mechanical shock or pressure load should therefore be avoided!
Determination of the magnetic force
The adhesive force of our magnets is determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm by the vertical withdrawal of the magnet (1kg ~ 10 N). A different value down to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. Please note that for thinner, painted and not absolute plan undergrounds the adhesive force represents only one raction of the specified values.

Habe die Magnete zur flexiblen Befestigung eines Bleches verwendet. Die Magnete sind super stark. Haben mich begeistert. Durch die versenkten Bohrungen gut zu befestigen.

Alles Perfekt. Extrem stark. Verbesserngstipps: Zettel mit Magnetfeldlinienverlauf beilegen. Eisenmantel eventuell abstreifbar machen (für Bastelzwecke).
