Ring magnet Ø 43.5 mm with countersink rubberized white - holds 10.2 kg

Product information "Ring magnet Ø 43.5 mm with countersink rubberized white - holds 10.2 kg"

This 43.5 mm diameter, countersunk neodymium ring magnet has a white rubber coating. The rubber coating made of TPV protects the surface, prevents scratches and increases slip resistance when used horizontally.

It is also possible to place it quietly on metal.

You can securely fix the magnet with a countersunk screw. The 4.5 mm hole is designed for a screw with a diameter of 4 mm.

The north pole of this magnet is on the sinking side. Two magnets cannot therefore be used in pairs. However, the polarity plays no role in adhesion to metal.

A notice:
If too much force is applied, neodymium magnets can break.
We recommend a maximum tightening torque of 2 Nm when screwing on this magnet.

Safety Notice

NdFeB magnets are hard and brittle. Especially with thinner dimensions / higher adhesive forces, these can easily break or splinter! An uncontrolled impact of two magnets as well as an external, mechanical shock or pressure load should therefore be avoided!

Determination of the magnetic force

The adhesive force of our magnets is determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm by the vertical withdrawal of the magnet (1kg ~ 10 N). A different value down to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. Please note that for thinner, painted and not absolute plan undergrounds the adhesive force represents only one raction of the specified values.
